CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

My timezone is PHT, so please be patient with my response time
Reminder that I am still a student so the art may take time; don't rush me
Client must provide a reference image of the character
If you plan to post it please credit me
I have the right, as the artist, to post the commission or add it to my portfolio.
I only allow up to 3-5 revisions total (depends on how much work has already been done)
Cancellation and full refunds can be requested if the commission hasn't started. If I have started, a refund is not applicable
If art will be used for commercial purposes, pricing will be higher than the base price.
I have the right to deny your commission if what you chose doesn't follow my Do's and Dont's / makes me uncomfortable

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 5/27/25By commissioning me, you have agreed to all of my terms listed below. If you do not have the means to commission me right now, wait until you have the funds to do so. Art is a luxury, not a necessity.GENERAL
- Client must provide reference images
- if you plan on posting it, please credit me
- I have the right to share the finished commission to the public and in my portfolio unless otherwise requested.
- please, be patient. Creativity takes time and dedication.PAYMENTS
- The Buyer must pay the seller upfront before the Seller starts the commission.
- I will send WIP updates throughout the process. As the commissioner you are free to ask for progress checks.
- for commercial purposes, the pricing will be adjusted to a higher rate compared to the base price.REVISIONS
- Up to 5 revisions may be requested before the final artwork
- major revisions after the artwork is complete or near completion may incur a fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Art takes a while to finish so please bear with me
- once it's done, I will send the artwork hereINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller.
-This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
-Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
-In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.REFUNDS
- Cancellation and full refunds may be requested if commission has not been started.
- no full refunds once the first WIP is sent.CANCELLATIONS
-Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
-Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
